Food

Please bring your pet's food from home to help avoid abrupt food changes that can cause digestive upsets. All foods need to be in a resealable plastic bag. Please bring enough for at least one extra day in case you are delayed. We have measuring cups, bowls and refrigerators.

Medications

Please bring necessary medications and include it's proper name and dosage along with veterinary information if we should need it.

Special Needs

Please let our staff know if there have been any recent injuries, illnesses or problems.

Toys and Belongings

1 toy and 1 Nylabone or Kong is permitted. We do not allow rawhide, hooves, pig's ears, etc (anything that can be choked on or fought over)

Pets may have a T-shirt from their owner or a towel from home to sleep with. We provide fleece blankets and beds. Blankets and pet beds from home are not allowed due to health and cleaning regulations.

Leashes and Collars, etc.

We cannot store leashes, collars, crates or suitcases here. We have leashes for you to use at pick up if you need them.

Clean up baths are always provided for pets who get dirty in playgroup. Paid baths requested by customers will be done first, and complementary baths on an as needed basis.
